Refunds & Cancellations
Individual Training Sessions
In-person training clients must cancel 24 hours prior to their training session. Cancellations completed at least 24 hours prior can be rescheduled, while cancellations completed 23 hours or less will forfeit the training session and a refund or credit will not be issued.
Training Program Subscriptions
Training subscriptions do not expire once they are purchased. If you can no longer complete your training program subscription, you can place it on hold at any time for up to six months. After the six-month hold, you will have the option to begin training again or forfeit the remaining session(s) on hold and not receive a refund. To receive a refund for training sessions not attended, you must provide 14 days notice of cancellation. Refunds are not issued for training sessions attended.
Online training clients must cancel their subscription at least 14 days prior to the following month to not be charged for another month of service.
If you have been provided with a refund, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 5-10 business days. Please note that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction and post the refund to your account.
